How to radiate power for healing and inspiration to others
The way to pray is to direct the power from the palms of the hands and from the heart centre. Now, in that position, which I call the prayer mudra, you are free - nothing is locked; energy comes down through you and outward. You are virtually giving all to the target or recipient of your prayer. You are directing the prayer outward and leaving all the centres free so that power can go out.
Prayer, if you want to make it work, must come from your very heart and soul - you must put your very life's blood into it, if it is to work. Your personalities must be sunk and you must give way to a deep feeling of love for all. You can pray for half an hour and you can release "x" units of energy. You can pray for two minutes and you can release "x" units of energy. It is up to you. I would strongly advise people in the beginning to make it fast, because the greatest energies flow immediately. Train yourself to get this energy at once and you will always be able to do it. The first word will bring virtual sparks of energy from you.
After you have said your prayer, which might be for your friend's health, your own health, for the health of the world as a whole, for world peace - finish by giving thanks to whatever higher Source you choose to give thanks to. Send out your thanks, because you have sent energy outward and that, to you, has been a great privilege. It should be considered a privilege to be used as a channel for energy. By giving thanks in the right way you have done something far more important than thanks, you have set a seal on your prayer. You have put the last full stop in, because your thanks have said, "I have faith in the fact that this prayer will work."
